To enhance employees’ awareness of workplace management, standardize the working environment, and improve overall efficiency, our company recently organized a company-wide “6S Management Theory” training session. Employees from all departments actively participated.
During the session, employees engaged actively, raising questions based on their job experiences. The training fostered an enthusiastic learning atmosphere and significantly improved employees’ understanding of 6S, laying a solid foundation for future improvements in workplace management.
